How to Mine Gaelium (GAEL): Complete GPU Mining Guide 2026
Gaelium (GAEL) is mined with the KawPow algorithm on GPUs. This guide shows step by step how to mine Gaelium on VeinPool, a French mining pool with a 1% fee and no sign-up: your wallet address is all you need.

1. Get a GAEL address
You need a GAEL receiving address whose keys you control: the official Gaelium wallet is the safest choice. Avoid exchange deposit addresses for solo mining: some exchanges do not accept block rewards (coinbase).
2. Download a mining software
Miners that work with Gaelium on VeinPool. Only download them from their official page (links below); the fees shown are the software's own dev fee, separate from the pool fee:
- T-Rex — NVIDIA · version 0.26.8 · dev fee 1%
Windows Linux official page - SRBMiner-MULTI — NVIDIA · AMD · Intel · version 3.7.1 · dev fee 2%
Windows Linux official page - TeamRedMiner — AMD · version v0.10.21 · dev fee 2 to 2.5%
Windows Linux official page - GMiner — NVIDIA · AMD · version 3.44 · dev fee 1 to 2%
Windows Linux official page - WildRig Multi — NVIDIA · AMD · Intel · version 0.51.3 · dev fee 0.75%
Windows Linux official page - Rigel — NVIDIA · version 1.23.2 · dev fee 1 to 2%
Windows Linux official page - BzMiner — NVIDIA · AMD · Intel · version v100.46 · dev fee 1%

3. Start mining
Replace YOUR_ADDRESS with your GAEL address and rig1 with your machine's name. Command for each miner (port 3240):
T-Rex
t-rex.exe -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://veinpool.fr:3240 -u YOUR_ADDRESS.rig1 -p xSRBMiner-MULTI
SRBMiner-MULTI.exe --algorithm kawpow --disable-cpu --pool veinpool.fr:3240 --wallet YOUR_ADDRESS.rig1TeamRedMiner
teamredminer.exe -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://veinpool.fr:3240 -u YOUR_ADDRESS.rig1 -p xGMiner
miner.exe --algo kawpow --server veinpool.fr:3240 --user YOUR_ADDRESS.rig1WildRig Multi
wildrig.exe --algo kawpow --url stratum+tcp://veinpool.fr:3240 --user YOUR_ADDRESS --worker rig1 --pass xRigel
rigel.exe -a kawpow -o stratum+tcp://veinpool.fr:3240 -u YOUR_ADDRESS -w rig1BzMiner
bzminer.exe -a kawpow -p stratum+tcp://veinpool.fr:3240 -w YOUR_ADDRESS --pass x --worker rig1 --nvidia --amd --intelOn Windows, paste the line into a .bat file inside the miner's folder; on Linux, start the program with ./ followed by its name. On the Gaelium page above, the generator writes the full command (PowerShell, .bat, Linux, HiveOS, MMPOS) with your address and a Copy button.
Pool (PPLNS) or SOLO?
PPLNS pool: everyone's hashrate is combined and each block is split according to the work each miner really did. Steady income, recommended for most rigs.
SOLO: your rig mines alone; when it finds a block it receives the reward (1,000 GAEL) minus the 1% pool fee. On a small network like Gaelium, a single machine can find blocks regularly; the calculator shows your exact odds.
For farms, port 3241 (PPLNS) starts at a higher difficulty: fewer shares to send, same earnings.
How much can you earn mining Gaelium?
Earnings depend on your hashrate, the network difficulty and the GAEL price. The Gaelium calculator estimates them live (pool and solo); electricity cost is optional. The hardware ranking compares GPUs and CPUs.
Common problems
- Antivirus deletes the miner: most antivirus software flags mining tools. Only download them from their official page (links above), then add an exclusion for their folder.
- No stats on VeinPool: check the address, port and hostname; stats appear after the first shares (1 to 2 minutes).
- Hashrate lower than expected (GPU): update your graphics driver and close apps that use the GPU (games, browsers playing video).
Gaelium mining FAQ
Which software should I use to mine Gaelium?
On VeinPool, Gaelium can be mined with T-Rex, SRBMiner-MULTI, TeamRedMiner, GMiner. The pool page generates the exact command for Windows, Linux, HiveOS and MMPOS.
Which port should I use to mine Gaelium on VeinPool?
Gaelium pool ports: Pool (PPLNS) → veinpool.fr:3240; Pool (PPLNS) · farms → veinpool.fr:3241; SOLO → veinpool.fr:3242. Use the PPLNS port for steady income, or the SOLO port to go for whole blocks.
What are the fees to mine Gaelium?
VeinPool takes 1% of Gaelium rewards, in PPLNS and SOLO, with no withdrawal fee. Mining software has its own dev fee (listed above).
Can I mine Gaelium solo?
Yes. In SOLO your rig receives the block reward (1,000 GAEL) minus the 1% pool fee when it finds one; VeinPool's Gaelium calculator shows your odds for your hashrate.
When do I get paid mining Gaelium?
Payouts are automatic once your confirmed balance reaches 1,000 GAEL. A block is confirmed after 102 blocks (about 3.4 h).
